Coachy is an online platform that lets you create your professional online school (members' area) and high-quality landing pages in just a few minutes, and sell them easily thanks to payment provider integration to Digistore24 and CopeCard.

With Quentn you can (starting with a Basic plan or, with the Coachy special deal, even starting with a Lite plan) approve or revoke course access to your contacts in one campaign. The first and last name as well as the e-mail address, telephone number and company name are transmitted to Coachy.

Connecting Coachy and Quentn

To connect the two systems, do the following:

• Log in to Quentn and then open a new tab.
• Log into Coachy and click on your name in the top right corner, then Settings, then the Connections tab.
  
• Now scroll down and click on the "Add Autoresponder" button.
  
• Choose Quentn
  
• Click the "Connect" button.
  
• Choose your Quentn system

  

Using Coachy in Campaign

• Now switch to Quentn and drag the action element "Coachy" to your board in the campaign and open it with a double click.
  
• If you have multiple Coachy connections, please select the one you want. If there is only one connection, this step will be skipped.
• Now select the Coachy product whose access you want to release or revoke. If you click on "Master access", all accesses will be released or revoked.
• Then select the event, i.e. whether the access should be revoked or released.
  
• If access is revoked, click Save.
• If the access is released, click Next and specify the sources for member accesses.
• You can also create new member accesses. However, these will be created only after the campaign is published.
• If you want to write to the contacts, they still have to go through the double opt-in in Quentn.
