Cal.com is an open-source scheduling tool – similar to Calendly, but much more flexible and privacy-friendly.
With Cal.com, you can easily organize meetings, calls, or bookings without endless back-and-forth emails. The tool integrates with calendars (Google, Outlook, etc.) as well as platforms like Zoom or Stripe.
In short: Cal.com is a flexible, professional solution for automating booking and scheduling processes – perfect for teams, coaches, agencies, and SaaS companies.

You can now map additional fields (optional). You can pass the start and end date/time of the meeting as well as the video call URL.
Make sure you have the corresponding contact fields set up. You can find a guide here.
If you want, you can also send the contact’s phone number to Quentn by checking the box. Added participants can also be sent to Quentn.
Please note that contacts must complete the double opt-in before you can message them!
So the element still needs to be connected to the email confirmation.
