TuCalendi is an online appointment scheduling tool.
If you want to respond to appointment entries in Quentn, you need at least a Quentn Basic account.
Connect TuCalendi with Quentn
- First open your Quentn account and click on Settings -> API Info. Create a new key for TuCalendi by clicking on the green button “Add key”.
- Open a new tab (Ctrl+T) and log in to your TuCalendi account.
- Click on “Configuration Center” in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
- Then click on “Integrations”.
- Scroll down a little until you reach “Other”. Here you will find Quentn listed, among others.
- Click on “Connect”.
- Now enter the API key and the API base URL from your Quentn account and click on “Check”.
- If the connection works, you can now save it.
Respond to appointment bookings in campaigns
- Create a suitable tag in Quentn. To do this, click on the menu item “Contacts” and “Tags” and on the green “Add tag” button.
- Make a note of the ID of the new tag. It can be found in the tag overview on the far left.
- Now go back to TuCalendi and create an event.
- Set up your calendar and follow the individual steps.
- In the “Integrations” tab, check the “Add contact information” box for Quentn.
- Now enter the tag ID here. If you want to use multiple tags, enter all tag IDs here and separate them with a comma.
- You can now create a campaign in Quentn. To do this, click on the “Campaigns” tab and, if necessary, “Add campaign” if you want to create a new campaign.
- The campaign now starts with the event element (orange) “Tag(s) changed”.
- Enter the tag you have just created here. This is followed by the email confirmation and a sequence with the following emails.
Transfer further information
You have the option of transferring further data (links, data with times, text, etc.) from TuCalendi to Quentn.
To do this, you first need the corresponding contact fields in Quentn. You can find out how to create these here.
In the overview of your contact fields, you will see the names of the fields under “System name”. These are the IDs of the fields that you need in TuCalendi.
- Create a form in TuCalendi.
- Here you click on “Add own field” and “Hidden field”
- This window will now open
- Enter the “System name” of your field under ID.
- Under “Type”, specify what kind of field it is: Date, text, etc.
