Aircall is a cloud-based phone system and communications platform designed specifically for sales and customer support teams. It works without physical phones and includes features such as call routing, analytics, and AI-powered call summaries.
The Aircall integration is available starting with a Basic account.
Connecting Quentn and Aircall
Go to Settings -> API Info and select the Aircall Accounts tab.
Then click the green Add Account button.
You will be redirected directly to Aircall.
Follow the instructions provided there.
Important: You must grant Quentn access to the phone numbers in Aircall. To do this, assign your employees’ phone numbers to the integration.
If you skip this step, you can complete it later. However, it is mandatory for the integration to work properly.
To assign the phone numbers later, go to Integrations & API in Aircall and click Quentn.
Then add the phone numbers.
Assigning Aircall Numbers to Quentn Users
To ensure the system knows which phone number should be used for calls, you also need to assign the phone numbers to the corresponding users in Quentn.
Under API Info -> Aircall Accounts, click Actions next to your connection and then select Settings.
You will now see a list of all your Quentn users. Assign each user to the appropriate Aircall account.
In the next step, assign the corresponding Aircall phone numbers.
If you leave the Show Insight Cards option enabled, you can open your Quentn contacts directly from Aircall during a call.
Using Aircall and Quentn Together
When you receive a call in Aircall, Aircall checks with Quentn to determine whether the phone number is associated with an existing contact.
If the number is recognized, Aircall displays a link that allows you to open the contact directly in Quentn and view all available information.
You can also open a contact in Quentn and start an Aircall call by clicking the corresponding button.
