Create campaign
First things first: In Quentn, you can generally create an unlimited number of campaigns. However, there is currently a limit of 20 campaigns. If you reach this limit and need more campaigns, please contact our support team. We’ll be happy to unlock additional campaigns for you free of charge.
Click “Campaigns” in the menu on the left, then click the green “Add campaign” button. Give the campaign a name.
Starting with a Pro account, you can also define which users are allowed to manage this campaign.
Also starting with a Pro account, you can set up to 10 URL parameters for a campaign. These will then automatically be added to all trackable links, as well as to the thank-you pages of the email confirmation and the forms included in this campaign. The main use case will probably be UTM parameters.
Enter the name of the parameter on the left.
To assign the correct value to it, click the brackets in the “Value” field. A window will open with placeholders for contact fields and system placeholders. Select the appropriate placeholder.
Organizing campaigns
The more campaigns you have, the faster things can become confusing. To prevent this, you can sort your campaigns into Container.
To do this, click “Add Container”.
Give the folder a name and, if you like, a color.
You can create folders with a maximum depth of 3 levels.
To add campaigns to a folder, simply drag and drop them into it.
Click the 6 dots on the far left and drag the campaign into the folder.
