Within the Sales Pipeline
There are several ways to move opportunities between stages:
- Through an action performed in a campaign (see Apply in the Campaign).
- Manually via drag & drop.
To manually move an opportunity, simply click on it and drag it to the desired stage while holding down the mouse button.
After moving the opportunity, a 30-second countdown will appear in the bottom right corner of the window if automated actions are linked to the stage.
Once the countdown expires, the opportunity is officially in that stage, and all associated actions (e.g., within campaigns) will begin.
If you accidentally place the opportunity in the wrong stage or do not want automated actions to take place, click the red "X" to stop the automation.
Outside the Current Pipeline
Drag the opportunity to the bottom of the screen while holding down the mouse button. Initially, you will only see four colored stripes at the bottom, but as you move the cursor closer, the bars will expand, revealing their purpose.
Moving to Other Pipelines
Drag the opportunity over the Other Pipeline section and release the mouse button. A window will open, allowing you to select the target pipeline and stage.
Opportunity Won/Lost
If you have won or lost an opportunity, you can drag it to the bottom of the screen into Won or Lost.
For lost opportunities, a window will appear where you can enter the reason for the loss. You can either specify a custom reason or select one from predefined options.
Moving Won/Lost Opportunities Back into a Stage
Sometimes, an opportunity is mistakenly marked as Won or Lost. To quickly return it to the pipeline, follow these steps:
- Click on the Pipeline Overview.
- In the desired pipeline, click Actions → Manage Opportunities.
- Use the filter to find the opportunity.
- Click the edit (pencil) icon on the right.
- A popup will appear where you can add comments or make further changes.
- Click Back to Pipeline to move the contact back to the last stage they were in before being marked as won or lost.
