It’s best to begin with a request that does not make any changes:
Show me which Quentn actions are available to you through the connected app. Do not execute anything yet.
Before making any changes, ask the assistant to provide a summary first, then verify the result directly in Quentn. Be specific about what you want to achieve, and for ambiguous names, include an email address or record ID as well.
Example Requests
The fields that are actually available may change during the beta.
Contacts
Create a contact named “Mara Test” with the email address “mara.test@example.com” and the tag “MCP-Test.” Show me a summary first and wait for my confirmation before proceeding.
For the contact “mara.test@example.com,” change only the last name to “Example.” Leave all other fields unchanged and confirm the contact ID afterward.
Delete only the contact with the email address “mara.test@example.com.” If more than one contact is found, stop and ask me how to proceed.
Sales Pipelines and Opportunities
First, show me the available sales pipelines and their stages. Do not make any changes yet.
Create an opportunity called “MCP Test Order” worth EUR 1,500 for the contact “mara.test@example.com” in the “Sales” pipeline, stage “New.” Show me the planned action before executing it.
Move only the opportunity “MCP Test Order” to the “Qualified” stage. If the name is not unique, ask for the opportunity ID.
Multiple Steps
First, check whether “mara.test@example.com” already exists. If not, create the contact. Then create an opportunity worth EUR 1,500. Summarize each step and ask for my confirmation before performing any write actions.
