How can I cancel my Quentn account?
If it were up to us – of course, not at all :)
Log in to your Quentn system at my.quentn.com
Click on “My Account” and then “Billing/Subscriptions.”
Go to the tab “Billing” and “My Subscriptions.”
Click on the icon with the 3 lines to the right of your subscription.
Select the option “Cancel.”
Are you a long-time customer who joined before 05/2022?
If you’d like to cancel your account, please send us an email to support@quentn.com and include the following information:
Full name
Email address linked to the account
Customer number (you’ll find this on your invoice)
Reason for cancellation (We’d love your honest feedback – it helps us improve)
All accounts can be canceled in writing via email with a notice period of five business days before the end of the billing period.
Are you sure you want to leave us?
Canceling Quentn has more far-reaching consequences than canceling a Netflix account. Please read the following notes before canceling to save yourself extra work and frustration.
Quentn Systems
In the past, many former users wanted to reactivate their accounts later. Please note that we must delete your data after cancellation.
This includes all data you’ve created and stored, such as:
Contacts
Campaigns
Tags
Email templates
Emails
Reports
Histories
Scheduled newsletters
Landing pages
Forms embedded on your website(s)
After the contract period ends, you can no longer access stored campaigns, contacts, etc., and your landing pages will be offline.
To Do: Please back up all relevant data before canceling. For data protection reasons, we must delete your data after cancellation and cannot restore it.
Quentn WordPress Plugin no longer fully usable
After cancellation, you can no longer use the plugin to its full extent. You may still set a countdown and restrict page access, but member management will no longer be available.
What still remains…
You can still log in to Quentn and access your invoices.
The affiliate area will also remain available to you.
