Set DNS Records

In this article, you will receive an example of how to set the necessary DNS records for your domain verification. If you encounter any difficulties with the verification process, please contact our support (support@quentn.com). We are happy to assist you with this service free of charge.

Please note that the records must remain set for your domain to be permanently verified.

DKIM & SPF Entry in GoDaddy

To add Quentn DKIM and SPF records in GoDaddy, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your GoDaddy account.

  2. Click on "My Products," and then click on the DNS button next to your domain name.Meine_Produkte.png

  3. On the next page, click on "Add."Hinzufu_gen.png

  4. Select TXT as the record type.

  5. Enter the TXT value in the Host field (in our example image, it's the lower value: v=spf1xxxxx).Eingabe.png

  6. Enter the second copied value in the TXT Value field (k=rsa; xxxxx).

  7. You can leave the TTL (Time to Live) settings at the default value of 1 hour.

DKIM & SPF entry in 1&1 IONOS

To add Quentn DKIM entries in your domain at 1&1, please proceed as follows: 

  • Log into your 1&1 account. 
  • Click on Domains & SSL.

  • Under actions, click on the gearwheel symbol for the desired domain, then click on DNS.

  • Now click on Add record

  • select SPF (TXT)

  • In the field Host name, enter the desired host. 
  • In the field Value, enter the copied domain key from Quentn.
  • Leave the TTL (Time To Live) settings on default mode.
